Picasso Faces in Clay – Ceramics Workshop *Community Workshop

Join The Walter Hive in their maker-space for a ceramics workshop! Learn about the therapeutic benefits of working with clay and create a ceramic face in the style of Picasso using raw clay. (this piece can be painted at home after bisque firing with acrylic paints or left unpainted). No experience is necessary and instruction and materials will be provided. This class is for ages 11 and up.
*Note – in this workshop you will create the piece and leave it at Walter Hive to dry and be fired. No glaze will be applied. Artwork will be available for pick up after October 26th.
For safety, please bring closed toe shoes, and wear clothes that you don’t mind getting dirty.
